Cleaning the lot is an important part in preparing you asphalt property for further improvement.

The asphalt must be swept, blown off with a high power blower and maybe even pressure washed in some cases.

Weedeating and edging machines are also used in preparing your property for sealcoating and/or striping.

We use oil spot removers and primers. The oil spot primers seal oil, gas and grease spots on pavement prior to sealcoating.

We will also check your asphalt for cracks, pot holes or any other damage that may need repair prior to sealcoating.
