Prior to sealcoating we look for the more distressed areas of your asphalt such as cracks and potholes.

Potholes are formed in the daily wear and tear of everyday use. Standing water and heavy trucks cause most potholes.

We will use our saw cutter to make a square shape around the pothole this insures that the patchwork asphalt with bind well with the existing asphalt. Then we pack the patchwork down with our Wacker equipment. After this we will apply an Asphalt Binder over the patchwork. Asphalt Binder is an asphalt emulsion tack coat designed for priming oxidized surfaces and patchwork.
