Asphalt is a flexible pavement and it's life span is based on its original design and intended use. As the pavement ages it will require isolated repairs to maximize the remaining life of the pavement.

We use a saw cutting machine to clean up the edges of potholes and cracks. This makes for a better surface for the asphalt patchwork to adhere to.

After all repairs are made to the surface then we apply the sealcoating.
