An asphalt surface starts to deteriorate after installation. The sun and weather start to break down the asphalt which holds the surface together. Left uncoated, the surface life will be half of a treated surface. A sealcoat emulsion will cover the surface and prevent the sun, weather and outside contaminants from breaking down the surface. In addition to the protective aspect, the dark black color increases the cosmetic appearance of the asphalt area.

We use only SealMaster Coal Tar & SealMaster PMB Pavement Sealer. PMB is a unique tar based emulsion fortified with hot blended polymers and specialty surfactants producing a coating with outstanding wear properties. PMB dries faster in comparison to conventional pavement sealers that are diluted with water prior to application.
